International Selection
14.1.  The projects selected by the national level and Regional juries will participate in the adjudication of the international jury composed of as follows:
- Five (5) UIA regional vice presidents
            - Two outside Members (one from the host country of theBureau meeting / one from FIKA)
14.2.  The International Jury will select the best projects in each Region and for each category and an outright winner for each category.
